An archive that continues to generate ideas and a research center of the Polytechnic of Milan where all his sketches, work on prototypes, studies on white shirts that look like sculptures can be found. The collection of accessories created in collaboration with Lombard artisans for the bijoux and jewel trimmings. Over 80 thousand documents cataloged as a Made in Italy resource combined with the objects sought during the designer-architect's travels and his iconic clothes. A union between past and present that finds space within the Tortona 37 project by Matteo Thun & Partners, the first headquarters of the Foundation of the same name (interiors were designed by Architect Franco Raggi), donated by the family in 2021, which becomes the Gianfranco Ferré Research Center - Digital Innovation for the Creative and Cultural Industries.
