Seven floors, 910 square meters, a corner of Rome transplanted to Milan. In a rationalist building by Emilio Lancia, located between Corso Matteotti and Via Montenapoleone, renovated with respect for its history while incorporating the Maison’s distinctive features, stands the new Palazzo FENDI—a store, yes, but almost an art gallery with works by Alvarez, Sironi, Pomodoro, and Albini.
On the occasion of ApritiModa, guests will have the opportunity to explore the Atelier and watch the Maison’s artisans push creative boundaries alongside the artist Edoardo Piermattei. For this special moment, a customized Peekaboo bag will be created, inspired by Piermattei’s vision and techniques.

Maison FENDI was founded by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. Shortly after, a small leather goods boutique with a fur workshop was opened. Quickly gaining international success, FENDI established itself as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation, and style.
In 1965, called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, Karl Lagerfeld began a collaboration that lasted 54 years. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi joined him in the Artistic Direction; in 1994, she was entrusted with the direction of Accessories and later the Men’s Collection. In 2000, the LVMH Group acquired shares in FENDI, becoming the majority shareholder in 2001.
Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones served as Artistic Director of Couture and Women’s Collections until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the fourth generation of the Fendi family, has been Artistic Director of Jewelry. Today, FENDI is synonymous with quality, tradition, and experimentation.
