FENDI is pleased to announce its participation in the new edition of Apriti Moda 2024, an event that opens the doors of Made in Italy excellence to the public who will book their visit on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October.

The FENDI boutique in Milan Montenapoleone will welcome visitors by offering them an exclusive experience to discover up close the craftsmanship that characterizes the Maison, presenting the iconic Selleria Point, created by the founder of the Maison Adele Casagrande Fendi in 1925 and inspired by the Roman Master Saddlers , will be made live with skill by expert FENDI craftsmen.

The Punto Selleria will be applied to create the iconic Peekaboo and Baguette bags in Cuoio Romano, representing FENDI's constant commitment to the pursuit of excellence, combining tradition and innovation. A FENDI craftsman will be present in the area dedicated to the Made to Order service, accompanying guests on an immersive journey into the world of artisanal expertise, with meticulous attention to detail.

La Maison FENDI fu fondata da Adele e Edoardo Fendi a Roma nel 1925. A seguire fu aperta una piccola boutique di pelletteria con laboratorio di pellicceria. Riscuotendo ben presto successo a livello internazionale, FENDI si afferma come brand rinomato per la sua eleganza, artigianalità, innovazione e stile. Chiamato dalle leggendarie cinque sorelle Fendi, nel 1965 inizia la collaborazione con Karl Lagerfeld, durata 54 anni. Nel 1992 Silvia Venturini Fendi lo affianca nella Direzione Artistica; nel 1994, le viene affidata la direzione degli Accessori ed in seguito della Collezione Uomo. Nel 2000 il Gruppo LVMH acquista delle quote di FENDI, diventandone azionista di maggioranza nel 2001. Nominato nel 2020, Kim Jones ha ricoperto il ruolo di Direttore Artistico delle Collezioni Couture e Donna fino al 2024. Dal 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, quarta generazione della famiglia Fendi, è Direttore Artistico Gioielli. Oggi FENDI è sinonimo di qualità, tradizione, sperimentazione.
