Privacy Policy
This information is provided, in compliance with the provisions of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data, to those who are interested in receiving news, information, invitations to the Apritimoda event.
Definitions
"Personal data" (pursuant to Article 4 number 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("interested party"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social.
"Treatment" (pursuant to Article 4 number 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679) means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or the interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
Identity of the Data Controller
Pursuant to art. 24 EU Regulation 2016/679, the Data Controller is Milano Open Doors with headquarters in Milan, via Eugenio Chiesa 6, in the person of the President and legal representative pro tempore Cinzia Sasso.
Processed data
The data processed by the owner are the personal data provided by the interested parties - such as identification data - necessary and useful for achieving the purposes set out below.
Purpose of the treatment
The purposes of the processing for which personal data is collected concern:
- the carrying out of communication and promotion activities relating to the activity of the owner in particular for the organization of Apritimoda, such as the transmission of news, information, invitations, publications, communications and newsletters by sending e-mails or text messages and phone calls;
- carrying out monitoring, analysis and research activities.
- Carrying out communication and promotion activities related to MOD's partner institutions.
Legal basis of the treatment
The legal basis of the treatments, as regards the purposes indicated, can be found in the consent given by the interested party.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party, in relation to the personal data provided, has the right to exercise the rights provided for by the EU Regulation listed below:
- right of access of the data subject [art. 15 of the EU Regulation];
- right of rectification [art. 16 of the EU Regulation];
- right to cancellation ("right to be forgotten") [art. 17 of the EU Regulation];
- right to limitation of treatment [art. 18 of the EU Regulation];
- right to data portability [art. 20 of the EU Regulation];
- right to object [art. 21 of the EU Regulation].
The interested party also has the right to proceed, at any time, with the revocation of any consent given. The aforementioned rights can be exercised in writing by sending an emailĀ privacy@apritimoda.it.
Duration of treatment
The data acquired will be processed until the consent is revoked or for the maximum periods established by law.
Nature of data provision
The consent to the processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose is free but necessary to allow the owner to proceed with the transmission of news, information, invitations, publications, communications and newsletters relating to the activity carried out by the owner. Any refusal will make it impossible for the Data Controller to follow up on the aforementioned purposes.
External data communication
The personal data acquired by Mod may be communicated and/or disclosed externally for various reasons; in particular, the data may be made available to subjects who carry out management of the data controller's IT system, competent authorities and/or public bodies and supervisory and control bodies for the possible fulfillment of legal obligations, agencies and communication companies , other subjects who in any capacity collaborate with the owner. These subjects, when appropriate, will be formally appointed as external data processors pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679. The detailed list of recipients to whom the personal data are communicated is available upon request by the interested party.
Processing methods
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and entered in the owner's databases. The owner does not carry out profiling activities. Third parties for which an optional and separate consent is required by the interested party could carry out profiling activities.
We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this information, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
Data transfer to non-EU third country
Personal data may be transferred to non-EU countries for the sole purpose of promoting the owner's business, including through the use of social channels. In particular, the owner reserves the right to transmit the data to third parties also located in non-EU countries.
