For over twenty years, Fondazione Fiera Milano - a non-profit entity governed by private law - has promoted the implementation of economic, social, cultural and scientific development initiatives and promoted the organization of trade fairs and conferences in Italy and abroad through its subsidiary Fiera Milano Spa.

Fondazione is the majority shareholder of Fiera Milano Spa and owner of the Fieramilano exhibition center and Allianz MiCo, one of the largest conference centers in Europe.
